The artisan fair runs from 6:30 to 9:30pm. The event is outdoors at 202 S. Water Street next to the Henderson Events Plaza, outside of the Henderson Convention Center.
Vendor spaces are available to those selling handmade items only. Additionally, the items being sold or displayed must be "family friendly" as this event draws a lot of children with our kids crafting area. Please no inappropriate or "mature" material in the vendor area. Additionally, no commercial items may be sold at the craft fair area. This craft fair event is for handmade items only. Food and commercial vendors are not permitted for this event.
Non profits and school groups are welcome to set up a display at our aritsan fair as well. They are charged the same rate as vendors. They will not be permitted to sell commercial goods See detailed event information below.

Information for Vendors Participating in ArtsWalk
Vendor Fees:
$5 per evening (we provide each vendor with one six foot table and two chairs)
*Any artist who bring a "make a take" craft for kids to do at their table during the event will be refunded their vendor fee upon check-in at the event.
Parking:
There is a circular drive in front of the vendor area where you may temporarily park your car to unload your product and display items. After unloading your car, please move your car from this area to provide room for others to unload. You may park in any legal street parking or in the free public parking structure across the street.
Check In:
Plan on arriving at 5:45. When you arrive, please check in at the Handmade In Vegas team table where you will sign in. At the end of the event, please check out at this same table and pay any sales taxes you may have collected over the evening. Henderson sales tax is 8.1% of your total sale. A vendors license is not necessary for this event as your tax will be processed under a preexisting license.
Set Up:
The event runs from 6:30 pm to 9:30. Tables will be available at 5:45 for vendors to claim on a first come first serve basis. Spaces are not reserved and you can set up your location on a first come, first serve basis. Vendors should arrive after 5:45 to set up their table. If you arrive before 5:45, the tables may not yet be available. Each vendor is provided with one six foot table and one chair. If you wish to use additional tables, each table is $5. Any other set up such as additional tables that you already own, chairs or a pop up canopy can also be brought by the vendor and can be set up at no additional fee.
Electricity/Lighting:
The vendor area will be well light with both overhead and area lights. Individual electrical outlets are NOT available to vendor tables to power computers or your personal lighting. If you are concerned about lighting, please make sure to arrive on time so you can select a location near lighting that best suits your needs.
Free Vendor Tables:
Artbeat is a family friendly event and we encourage our crafters to interact with the kids attending this event. Accordingly, any vendor who brings some sort of craft project for children to work on at their table and bring home with them will have their vendor fee waived all together. If you bring a kids' craft, you can still sell your handmade items at your table. However, sales tax is required for all vendors. Non profits and school groups are always encouraged to attend and also have their event fee waived.
Additional Information:
Please consider the elements and be prepared for wind and extreme temperatures and prepare your display accordingly. Any vendors who would like to bring their children or family along with them are encouraged to do so. The event is held next to a splash pad and large grassy areas. Also the ongoing free crafts and activities make it a enjoyable evening for the whole family.
